Easy to work at the laptop and for school. Light weight

This was an new model for me and I like it. It is larger than my prior laptop, which is convenient. The only complaint is that the keyboard does not have a number pad. I should have checked that out before I purchased. That is a minor inconvenience

Great laptop working as described super fast and smooth

I am truly happy with my new HP laptop and the service I received when making the purchase. The team was patient and knowledgeable thru-out the process. I started at the Cherry Hill location and felt I did not get the best information. I am happy I decided to ride over to Deptford the following day to speak with another sales person. HP always delivers and such a nice looking laptop.

Good purchase when it was on sale (same week as Prime Day)

This laptop has been great for me. I just went back to school and it’s perfect for keeping all my classes online and up to date. There is plenty of memory for files and gaming, and the wifi connection is awesome.

So far, good. Going from an old laptop to a new, updated model takes some patience and work. I hate to give it a rating, because I’m still getting used to where things are. That’s the only reason I’ve given it good instead of excellent.

We shopped online to check price prices and features, then checked prices and models at local retail places we found this HP laptop, and it was a good fit for what we needed and was well-priced. We recommended it to a other people who were also looking for an upgrade/replacement.

The lap top is working great and the service at Best Buy was great
