    Objectively, it's a great laptop, however, as a mobile software developer who's main OS is fedora and I spend quite a bit of time in the terminal and vscode, two things were deal breakers for me. The ` key is microscopic, I use this key all the time and found myself hitting the 1 key or tab. The other deal breaker I found was to be the [{ key not only on the 16 inch model but the 14 inch as well, it's hollow sounding, thunky if that makes sense? The key sounds horrendous to the rest of the keyboard.

    Have slight performance issues on the pc while dying multi tasking. But i got it at a real good deal and it was worth it

    Installing the Microsoft package was a nightmare and the salesman said he was not permitted to assist. Not a good experience in that area.

    I was looking forward to buying this laptop as a replacement for my Dell Inspiron that was almost a decade old. After using this for 2 months, I am so disappointed with the built quality compared to my Dell. There is so much backlight bleeding, and the materials feel CHEAP. I dropped the laptop from a few feet while in a hard case, and even then it dented the whole corner. Also, it will overheat for simple uses. Will never buy HP again.
