I purchased a refurbished laptop from this store, and unfortunately it hasn’t worked properly since day one. The system opens random windows on its own, switches unpredictably between touchscreen and mouse control, and behaves as if someone else is remotely using it. I expected minor cosmetic flaws with a refurbished device, but not serious usability issues like this. I’m disappointed with the quality control and would appreciate better testing before resale.

It was frustrating and difficult to get the lap top to stop sleeping and not waking up every hour or so. After about a week of following all the suggestions from hp, it seems to sleep and wake correctly now.

I am enjoying my new computer. It is light and keys are smooth to type.

I do not like this computer because it does not have a numbers keypad and just about every web site has a pin number. This computer is also too slow for me and I am about to take it in and exchange it.

Love the flip features on this computer but the screen did lock up on me a few times for seemingly no reason. Seems to be operating fine now though.

The above rating is probably higher than it should be. Windows 11, despite all the self-serving hype is at least one if not two steps backward. W-10 is much more intuitive than 11 is. I'd rather do without all the Nerd features if I could go back to an intuitive computer. It's a shame that I need my old laptop right next to this new one because I have no idea how to find or correct something in the new computer. I know, this is more of a rating of Microsoft not hp but I really can't rate the computer due to all the software changes! Can you tell that I REALLY don't like this "upgrade?"

Have had to bring into Geek Squad twice for connectivity issues

A good laptop but stopped charging after 5 months. Love the touch screen and flexibility. But we couldn’t even get it repaired

I don't like that the numbers. Are at the top instead next to each other on the side. When I scroll it zooms ahead.

The keyboard is hard to type on and there is no number keyboard which I was use to. I had to get a plug-in.

Ran into error problems within the first few days. returned it for a different product.

I bought this with great optimism. I had an awful time getting it rolling, and a hard time making it work. Went back to Best Buy. Had a visit, went home tried again, not really any better. I don’t know what the issue is. I had my prior one for years, it was nearly perfect. Now I am not sure what to rely on. Need some clear advice!

It just freezes I didn’t like the way the salesman rushed I can’t download my pictures. Your agent couldn’t even do it when he got on my computer via getting into my screen The last Chromebook broke down. The guy came over couldn’t even fix it didn’t even try. Told me I had to take it in. I could barely walk. Best Buy is disgusting. I’ve been such a loyal Best Buy customer for years and years and years. It’s the only place I bought, but you’ve turned into a scam sham and I don’t appreciate it. Get your act together or your business will fail completely. Your store in Skokie on Toughy stinks smells it’s disgusting

Doesn’t stay charged. I didn’t notice until I was past the less than 30 day return period. Don’t buy unless you can get directly from HP with a warranty.

HP will not honor the invoice date on the date of purchase of the computer. Also HP will not honor the extended warranty coverage that I was offered by HP when I registered the computer on line with HP. I have spent over 5 hours attempting to register the purchase date and the extended warranty with HP.

Very poor service. 20 minutes for a technician to explain how to use a new computer. Ridiculous. Very poor plan Best Buy. Customers pay more and get less. I am extremely disgusted with Best Buy.

I ordered this item in store. The associate said they could deliver it same day. They did not deliver it ever. They sold every model they had and didn't tell me this until I called customer service. It has been 7 days of waiting for same day shipping.
