Fantastic new laptop. Functional for my work and handles my light gaming flawlessly. Personal opinion, I would rather have a fingerprint reader than Windows Hello. It is just too finicky, and I end up just swiping and using my pin 80% of the time. Also, I am not a fan of how difficult/locked down reprogramming the Co-Pilot and Omen hotkeys is. I don't use either program, so those two keys are a waste of space on a small keyboard where space is valuable. Those are just two things that I run into often. I really do enjoy the laptop and would recommend it. (Actually already did to a coworker)

I absolutely love this laptop and enjoyed learning how to use it compared to my old laptop (2019). The battery lasts longer, and the speed is faster. I've been able to create videos and use the camera on this laptop. Also, the computer connects to my cell phone, (via Bluetooth??) and my pictures automatically will load up on my computer. This is an awesome benefit in addition to all the regular programs I previously used on my old laptop. BTW I do not play games. So, I don't know about that. The lighted keyboard will stay on continuously once you program it to do so. That is perfect for me. Even though this laptop costs more than I planned to spend, it is worth the investment.

Amazing laptop! Has the processing power to complete multiple core tasks at a single time which is great for work and school. Has plenty of space for downloads, personal items, and general necessities you would need on a professional laptop. Sadly lacks graphical advancements as it has a lower end graphics card integrated within but is still very functional for what it is designed to do (still very well lit picture and great pixel quality!) It has a very sleek and luxurious design with exceptionally well build quality. The 16” LCD touchscreen can be used like a large tablet which is very convenient when you don’t want the feeling of computing on a conventional laptop. Finally the feeling of computing on this laptop with its quality feels like you could compute for very extended periods of time (especially with the battery life) without any issues. Overall a higher mid tier laptop for a very mid ranged price!

Three months into owning it. Love it. I need to review the dimming screen feature; it slightly bothers me when I look away, but not a big deal. So far, plenty of memory. No gaming, only Microsoft business tools and internet. So the Intel Core 7 has plenty of horsepower for my use. I typically have multiple spreadsheets, PowerPoints and Word Docs open as well as my email. I do miss the "Number Keypad" that I had w/my previous unit, but I'm adapting.

I have bought this laptop a month ago. And its so amazing. Everything about it is just perfect Battery life, the touch screen and processor are ultimate !

It’s a great laptop. I like to use in my everyday life. It’s first , easy to use also copilot helps me lots . It’s helpful for starch with any idea by copilot. Good sound, open just a second. It’s easy to carry because of its light weight. I like this color, it’s looking very good. I can fold it and it’s touch screen option I really enjoying.HP is my favorite brand and Best Buy is my one of the Trusted organization. I like Best Buy workers service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The keyboard is smooth and battery life lasts long. Doesn’t lag. Vibrant colors and sturdy edges.

This thing is great! It runs roblox and raid simultaneously...no glitches... no slow down... anyone should be able to get most anything they need done with this laptop without worry... if you need more compute power than this then you're probably doing something illegal... you know who you are... shame on you...

The HP does almost everything I need. All the AI stuff preloaded in the apps, is annoying, especially in the photo editing software since I need real photos of our product for work. I also don’t appreciate Word and Excel constantly trying to get me to upload to the cloud, something I try to avoid. The size, speed, and storage are great.

This laptop is lightning fast and a joy to use. At the time bought I couldn't find anything comparable spec wise at the price it was listed for. It truly felt like one of those rare deals. I highly recommend.

I really enjoy using this laptop I just got not long ago. It has all the features I want and runs smoothly for all the tasks I use it for. I will highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get a 2in1 fast running and high performance laptop

This laptop is a great choice for office work, the touch-screen is super helpful for drawing on a picture and make the presentation much easier than using a mouth to draw.

Computer works great. Processor can keep up with the video editing i'll need. May need expanded harddrive eventually.

I have had my laptop for a while, in the time that I have had it I have had no problems. As a full time student with many online classes, it has kept up great for everything I have had to do. Overall, I love the laptop and recommend this to everyone.

I bought this machine for school and it has been performing quite well. I was recommended by the in-store staff and I can say their recommendation was great. It has great multitasking capability and the aesthetics and design are magnificent.
