I love this laptop. The size is perfect. Love the touch screen, that just makes things so much easier then having to worry with a mouse!! The speed is amazing as well!! I'm glad i purchased this when i did cause it was on sale too!!

Unfortunately, I had to return this this laptop. After 3 weeks, the home screen would turn on, but not display anything on the screen. The physical laptop was great, and when it worked, it was fine, but GeekSquad folks told me the laptops OS has an AI function installed and that can cause it to pause the boot-up process/stall turning on the screen of the CPU so it can learn your habits for it's program. Then I'd have to soft shutdown and then power back on. They told me the process could be like this for a few weeks then it would he fine. But upgrades to software would start the process over. YIKES. GS folks told me they've seen this a few times and customers have brought them back. If you have the patience, go ahead. I don't! The return/exchange process was FANTASTIC and the folks at BestBuy helping to pick a new laptop and the GeekSquad folks were amazing.

I really like this laptop. I was worried about the AI part of the programming. But have had no problems so far. Actually the opposite. I have gotten a lot of useful information from Copilot. And am really anticipating when vision becomes available. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

I wasn't in the market to purchase a new laptop. My reason for going to the store was to take the old laptop in for service. I was told that the old laptop wasn't going to function any better than it was. The tech suggested maybe looking into buyinhg a new one. Long story short, I ended up buying the HP OmniBookX.

In all, I like this laptop. It's a nice size, the screen is sharp and most things work as expected. The one area I had problems was the Wi-fi. I have a Quantum fiber internet ser vice and was using the built in Wi-fi in their modem. For the most part, none of our devices have had issues with using it. It provides both 2.4GHz and 5GHz w-fi service. When setting up this laptop, it would connect successfully to the 2.4GHz wi-fi service but when connecting to the 5GHz wi-fi service, it said there was no internet connection. I spent more than a week trying various things to fix this with no success. I did find out that others have had similar problems with the laptop's wi-fi chip, which I wish I had known before purchasing the laptop, I was giving up and looking to return the laptop to Best Buy when I decided to try setting up a mesh wi-fi and see if that fixed my problem. I purchased a TP-Link BE5000 Wi-fi 7 3 pack mesh system and installed it in our home. After setting it up, I successfully connected the laptop to the new wi-fi service at 5GHz and it's been working ever since for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to write up this review to share my experience for others in the hope others might benefit from my troubles. While troubleshooting this problem, I was very unhappy with the laptop because of it. But now that it's fixed, I'm very glad I purchased and kept the laptop as it is very nice. While I don't enjoy having to spend another $250 for a mesh wi-fi system to get this laptop to work as expected all in all I'm happy with the outcome. I hope this helps.

Great machine for what I need. Powerful enough for occasional light gaming, yet easily handles my day-to-day activities. Great screen resolution means i can stream content and not get distracted by poor quality. All in a form factor that is lightweight.

Lightweight, touchscreen, folds into a tablet, excellent screen resolution. This is a wonderful laptop for college students. Would definitely buy it again.

This HP Omnibook is everything I could ask for in a laptop. I love the convenience of the 2 for 1 option, being able to use it as a laptop and tablet folding the screen down using the touch features. The display and sound for me is crisp and clear which is a plus for me, streaming content from Netflix, ESPN, Prime Video, Peacock, etc.

There are MANY things to like about the HP-OmniBook XFlip 2-in-1. *First, it's a touch screen. *Then, the 16GB memory & 1TB SSD. *Next would be the 16" screen followed by the fact you can fold it, flip it, and turn it around (into a tent like stance) so one can sit back and enjoy whatever delight you have discovered to watch in BRILLIANT display. Surprisingly, I have found some sites are not so easily loaded. The battery-life might still be one to desire. It's hard to tell. After all, I'm not paying attention to the hours spent on battery mode while using this "OmniB!" -LOL

Went to Best Buy to order a new computer. The staff was great and very informative. Happy with the computer I landed on and appreciate the help from their staff and their knowledge on the product.

I have found this item to be very good. I use it for personal business such as paying bills, board meetings and emails. It is perfect for what I need to do.
