    I love the laptop, however the customer service was terrible. I bought this laptop because the sales guy said it would go on sale the next day and it didn’t. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go home and get the laptop to return in time as I was going on vacation. At that point I was stuck with it.

    I have had this computer for a few months now and am still learning a lot of the features on it but I love the quality of this laptop. The screen is super clear and I love how it’s a touch screen! I also love that I can flip this around and use it as a tablet if I want. It has been awesome for school and personal. I highly recommend to anyone needing it for the same thing

    This replaced an HP Envy so very similar in operating. Set up was easy, most accounts transferred over. Have only had it 3 weeks so too early to tell if there are any issues. So far I have no complaints. Has several apps that I do not need or want, will delete them at some time.

    Still struggling to get my current printer installed (because of the driver) even though your staff said everything was transferred over. Being that I purchased the geek squad I am hoping they will assist me over the phone because the closest BB to me is 1-1/2 hours away. Keeping fingers crossed
