    I like this computer very much; small, quick, etc. However after using for an hour or so, it keeps freezing up - ALL THE TIME. Worked with HP to attempt to troubleshoot, but still freezing.     The computer works very well except for having to use of AI. I do not like using AI and get use of Microsoft 365.
