This computer will serve basic purposes and I mean "basic". It's incredibly slow compared to an AMD based cpu. It overheats quickly and struggles to have more than one two programs opened at the same time. The keys often stick and feel mushy. I needed a quick replacement so I bought this laptop. If I had more time, I would have avoided this product. If performs at the same level as a $400 laptop.

Rough start as the screen would go black and not function right. Took it in and they were able to update everything and get it working correctly. Since then havent had any issues. My only complaint with this is that the keyboard didnt have the number pad. But I bought a keyboard to link to it while im at my desk.

Purchased for running Virtual classes. It is fantastic! Clear camera, great sound and easy to use

Bought this computer for my dad who doesn’t know much about technology or how to operate a computer and so far he’s catching on and it’s perfect for him!

Perfect for seniors with little computer knowledge in my opinion. Big backlit keyboard a plus for me.

Well built exceptionally fast with excellent sound and video. Only one caution. The keyboard, keys are close together as a result of a larger speakers. Takes a little time to get use to.
