I use this for both work and school and it is phenomenal. The features for it are very nice and if you buy the HP pen as well it works very well taking handwritten digital notes

The computer works very well except for having to use of AI. I do not like using AI and get use of Microsoft 365.

Great laptop. At this price point, you are getting a great balance of luxury, power and versatility. I received great customer service finding this product in the St. Cloud store. I have had this laptop for 8 months or so and I am still pleased with my purchase. However my only ding is the resolution is not 2k as the listing describes. It is exactly 1920x1200 much closer to 1080p. Larger vertically but still closer to Item title is misleading and not correct and I don't like being told its 2k when its not. A true 2k resolution has approximately 33% more pixels.

I have always had wonderful service out of all my hp products. Laptops have been top notch.

Rough start as the screen would go black and not function right. Took it in and they were able to update everything and get it working correctly. Since then havent had any issues. My only complaint with this is that the keyboard didnt have the number pad. But I bought a keyboard to link to it while im at my desk.

Very easy to setup and use! Packaging was great and kept the laptop in good condition. So far, the laptop has been able to accomplish all of the basic tasks ive needed.
