i love it, it makes it more compact, while still having to use it like a normal laptop. it still supports some of my games i use and also good for my schoolwork. 10/10

Having purchased this item, I found it to be precisely what I needed to fulfill my duties in the church! As a singer, I can store my songs on the laptop and use the monitor as I would a tablet without having to lug around a paper notebook with outlines of songs! This has truly been a blessing for me! Great product, and everything I needed to fulfill God's purpose in the church!

Love this laptop. Its a little big to use as a tablet when flipped, and it is super heavy, but it is great quality, runs fast and the battery lasts forever

I really like my HP laptop. I didn't realize it didn't have a number keyboard until I got it home. That was my mistake. I would exchange it if I could for what I really wanted. But, botom line The laptop works great and myu Best Buy service was what I would have expected. Thanks

I am enjoying the larger screen, crisp images and it was very easy to set up after working off a Dell laptop that had been limping along. This is a quality product at an exceptional price with enough storage tast forever.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. Im not a gamer, so nothing fancy or with a lot of memory needed. Easy to navigate.

I love the large screen, but I didn't realize when I purchased this that it didn't ha.ve a built in camera. I also doesn't have enough ports for plugging in things I need to use, but it's a really nice laptop.

I am happy with my purchase of laptop. Salesperson was very helpful. I will purchase more products there in the future for my business. Only thing I wish I had checked, I would rather have purchased a backlighted keyboard. But overall, very happy with it.
