Great Laptop! Love the build and tech, easy to use!

This new hp computer has been a blessing. The service was very hospitable and friendly. The service guy went above and beyond in helping me to select the best computer for me to meet my needs and concerns.

For the money the computer is really worth it. I love the fact that you can use it as a tablet because it makes showing people things easier. Instead of turning the computer you can just bring it straight down.

While the set up was relatively easy, the operation is somewhat frustrating because of the many passwords required to negotiate the operation. I find it both tiring and unnecessary to have to login just to use the computer And then to login again just to read my email. This is a very poor feature!

I really like my HP laptop. I didn't realize it didn't have a number keyboard until I got it home. That was my mistake. I would exchange it if I could for what I really wanted. But, botom line The laptop works great and myu Best Buy service was what I would have expected. Thanks

This is my best buy! Maybe because I got it from Best Buy. The Microsoft representative was the best and I have no regrets.

I am happy with my purchase of laptop. Salesperson was very helpful. I will purchase more products there in the future for my business. Only thing I wish I had checked, I would rather have purchased a backlighted keyboard. But overall, very happy with it.

Good laptop, sturdy, powerful chipset, heavy ☹️ But the inbuilt trackpad is the worst. I just use an external mouse.
