    My wife was not totally satisfied because of the keyboard not having raised keys like her older laptop. So she decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to the 17.3" with more spaces between keys. She is very happy with the new purchase. She has been using it for a week now and has gotten use to the layout

    So far so good, only issue I’ve ran into is when it is flipped, I keep accidentally pressing the keys. Other than that it’s been decent.

    I struggled with this laptop. The screen/applications kept locking up on me. I think it was this particular unit having problems. HP may work work for other people. My experience is mainframe computers and Microsoft applications on pc’s. I returned this unit for a different brand that is more compatible to my needs. Each person that uses computers have different needs and experience. Best Buy is my go to home computer store!
