Full Transparency here; I'm 67 and for years I have had nothing but "Hand me down Laptops." I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase my very own Laptop. This was a "Black Friday" purchase so the sale price in my opinion was an excellent opportunity. The screen size was important to me and I didn't care about gaming. (I prefer to exercise and work on cars) The clarity is outstanding as well as the speed. I have never had anything this fast in my life. The was not a purchase for recreational use. This was a purchase for all of my work requirements. So far, and it has only been a couple fo weeks, I love it!

I really enjoy how the display is, the colors are very vibrant and clear. The flip screen is fun to use when you’re using the touchscreen. I’m enjoying using the AI assistant to create forms. It’s so quick and easy for everyone to use. I was able to download a lot of photos due to having a lot of memory.

Super fast, sleek, and versatile! The 16” 2K touch screen looks amazing, and the Intel Core Ultra 7 with 16GB RAM handles everything smoothly. Great battery life and love the 2-in-1 flip design — perfect for work, streaming, or on the go.

I bought this to upgrade to windows 11. My monster desktop runs Win 10 but is what is use as my music production brain. Thankfully I got another year to upgrade. I am so happy with this purchase I went and bought 2 more as my middle school grandkids gave it a 10 thumbs up. Madison, the oldest is a content creator and gained 1k followers after her drawings came to life. the pen ruled the day. Battery life is great. Multi tasking a breeze. worth every penny. being a musician and composer, I have always had my computers custom built. I digress, this powerhouse is a work horse and the build is solid as a rock. the Grandkids were gifted the other 2. we all use the AI features so were ahead of the curve.

I purchased this laptop for my mom (who is not well versed in technology). A Best Buy employee helped us to pick this laptop out, a cheaper option compared to the expensive option my brother picked out that was far too advanced technologically for my mom’s liking. This is a perfect fit for her. It is very well designed and the built in AI pilot program is helpful for navigating some of its high-tech features. The touch screen is great. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

HP OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1 Copilot PC – My Experience
I’ve been using this laptop for a bit and honestly, I’m impressed. The build feels solid and premium, and the 2-in-1 design is super handy—I switch between laptop and tablet mode all the time.
The touchscreen is bright, sharp, and really responsive. Using the stylus feels smooth, though the screen can get a little reflective in bright light. Performance has been great—fast boot-up, smooth multitasking, and no lag even with a bunch of tabs and apps open.
Battery life is just okay (about 7 hours for me), and the fan can get noticeable under load, but nothing too crazy. The keyboard is different (flat keys instead of the usual raised ones), but I got used to it quickly.
Overall, I think it’s a great pick if you want a single device that works for school, work, and entertainment. Definitely worth it—especially if you catch it on sale.
Pros: sleek build, responsive touchscreen, fast performance, versatile 2-in-1 design
Cons: average battery life, reflective screen, keyboard style not for everyone.

For the price and convenience this was a great purchase. It allows for use as both a laptop and tablet with the large screen. Lots of storage makes it easy for saving photos and video.

I purchased my laptop a few weeks ago from Best buy. I like the way that it looked from the very beginning, but you know when you're purchasing you look at it you play with a little bit and you don't really have the opportunity to know all of his features. After the purchase I was very pleased with the selection. The thing I like most about it is the keyboard! The keyboard is lighted and the letters are easy to see. It is also a very light touch and I can type without using as much pressure as I had on my old laptop. I also like the size, the weight, and the speed. I would purchase this product again and the recommended to my friends and family.

After years of being loyal to my iMac, I finally made the switch to an HP laptop and I’m honestly glad I did. My old iMac was fine for a while, but it started to feel outdated and limited. I wanted something more flexible, portable, and practical for how I actually work. I wasn’t sure what to expect going back to Windows after so many years, but this HP laptop completely surprised me in the best way.
The first thing I noticed was how solid it feels. It has that sturdy, confident build that makes you want to pick it up and use it anywhere without worrying about damaging it. The hinge is firm but smooth, and the way the screen flips all the way around into tablet mode is a game changer. I use it in laptop mode when I’m working, then flip it into tablet mode when I’m reading, browsing, or showing something to a client. The touchscreen is responsive, accurate, and makes everyday tasks feel more natural. It’s the kind of feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it.
Performance-wise, this HP runs great. I use it for real estate work, emails, photo editing, video calls, and a bunch of browser tabs open at once, and it handles all of it without lag. Apps open fast, multitasking is smooth, and it stays quiet even when I’m pushing it a bit. The battery lasts through most of my workday, which means fewer times scrambling for an outlet between meetings.
Switching from Mac to Windows felt like a big leap at first, but I actually like Windows better now. Windows 11 has come a long way. It feels modern, fast, and personal. I like that I can customize things to fit how I work instead of being locked into Apple’s way of doing everything. The new Snap layouts make multitasking easier, Windows Hello login is instant, and everything feels more intuitive than I expected. I can organize my desktop, connect to whatever devices I want, and use real software without worrying about compatibility issues.
The screen quality is also impressive. It’s sharp, bright, and the colors are accurate, which is great for editing photos or watching videos. The speakers surprised me too. They’re clear, full, and loud enough that I don’t always need to grab headphones or an external speaker for calls or music. It’s one of those small details that adds up when you’re using it all day.
Another big plus for me has been HP’s customer support. I’ve had good experiences with HP in the past, and that hasn’t changed. They’re easy to reach, quick to respond, and actually helpful, which you can’t say about every tech company these days. It’s nice knowing that if something goes wrong, I won’t be stuck in a maze of automated messages and endless hold music.
Everyday use has been smooth and reliable. The keyboard feels great to type on with just the right amount of feedback, and the trackpad is accurate and consistent. I also like that HP didn’t sacrifice ports for the sake of “minimalism.” I can plug in what I need without buying a handful of adapters. USB, HDMI, SD card, it’s all there. Coming from Apple, that’s a big relief.
What I’ve come to appreciate most is how this laptop adapts to what I need. Whether I’m working on spreadsheets, jumping on Zoom calls, or flipping it into tablet mode to show clients property photos, it fits every situation. It feels like a tool built for real life, not just for a sleek marketing photo.
If you’re on the fence about switching from a Mac to Windows, this HP makes it easy. It’s solid, fast, flexible, and actually fun to use. It feels more personal and capable, like something made for people who want to get things done rather than just look cool doing it. I can confidently say this was the right move for me, and I’d buy it again without hesitation. Five stars all day.

Very good laptop for the price if you are able to get it for a good deal. It is incredibly fast when compared to the previous HP Envy lineup and has a really sleek design. It can run many games very well. A few downsides I have noticed is that the sound and display are a significant downgrade from the HP Envy.

The system has excellent speed and lots of storage. Very good light weight system. Battery life lasts several hours before charging. I highly recommend this system.
