I really like my HP laptop. I didn't realize it didn't have a number keyboard until I got it home. That was my mistake. I would exchange it if I could for what I really wanted. But, botom line The laptop works great and myu Best Buy service was what I would have expected. Thanks

I am enjoying the larger screen, crisp images and it was very easy to set up after working off a Dell laptop that had been limping along. This is a quality product at an exceptional price with enough storage tast forever.

I am happy with my purchase of laptop. Salesperson was very helpful. I will purchase more products there in the future for my business. Only thing I wish I had checked, I would rather have purchased a backlighted keyboard. But overall, very happy with it.

Great computer the image is very good i had it side by side to the asus 4k and honestly i still like mine the only reason i gave it 4 starts its because compare to other computers the sound is lets day high but lacks bass or some deepness if u understand is not like sorround sound? But good performance
