    Great portability. Light weight and thin. The flip feature and touch screen are features that made it an easy decision to purchase. Haven’t tested battery life yet but very happy with the computer so far.

    Didn’t like the way all the keys were bunched together with no gaps in between nor were they raised any. I too the laptop back and got the Dell 2 and 1 with the 16in screen. Dell seems a lil faster but it’s heavier.

    My service rep was great! I needed to replace a new Hp laptop which is my preferred brand and the Microsoft staff in best buy made me feel heard. Ensure I stayed within my budget and had coverage for hardware that may need to be replaced
