    Average computer, the fan is a little loud, screen isn’t super sharp, and battery life is definitely not 23hours. It gets the job done but doesn’t live up to the expectations.

    Seems to be ok. I’m not fan fan of the touch pad. The “mouse buttons” are inconsistent in required touch. I’ve had other brands that were better.

    I really like my HP laptop. I didn't realize it didn't have a number keyboard until I got it home. That was my mistake. I would exchange it if I could for what I really wanted. But, botom line The laptop works great and myu Best Buy service was what I would have expected. Thanks

    For the money the computer is really worth it. I love the fact that you can use it as a tablet because it makes showing people things easier. Instead of turning the computer you can just bring it straight down.

    I am happy with my purchase of laptop. Salesperson was very helpful. I will purchase more products there in the future for my business. Only thing I wish I had checked, I would rather have purchased a backlighted keyboard. But overall, very happy with it.

    We purchased this laptop to replace our old desktop. Since we are getting older, we like the large keyboard. We do miss the numeric keyboard. We use our computer for Word documents, spreadsheets, and photos. Nothing too fancy, but we like the SSD 1TB.
