My wife was not totally satisfied because of the keyboard not having raised keys like her older laptop. So she decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to the 17.3" with more spaces between keys. She is very happy with the new purchase. She has been using it for a week now and has gotten use to the layout

Just leaving Best Buy after dropping off this computer for repair. We have owned it under 2 months and the display screen won’t come on. We haven’t even used this computer in tablet mode . Sometimes a computer screen can get a frayed wire if constantly flipped back and forth. The tech said it would be 2-3 weeks to replace the screen, but he isn’t sure that’s what is wrong with this. My wife uses this computer for work and now has nothing for 3 weeks! Shame on Best Buy, I asked if they could just give us a new computer and transfer the information over which would take 2-3 days instead of 2-3 weeks. They said they could but it would cost $100. So do they truly stand behind what they sale? Maybe it can be argued this is an extra cost. However for a computer less than 2 months old that THEY sold me, the right thing to do was to do the back up for free.i tried to support my local economy, i will just purchase off Amazon next time.

With exception of the keyboard which doesn't light itself in the dark all the rest has been so good so far.

So far so good, only issue I’ve ran into is when it is flipped, I keep accidentally pressing the keys. Other than that it’s been decent.

Machine works as expected. The flip top tablet option is very nice

Overall, I’m very happy with this laptop. I would have liked to have had a number keypad and smaller keys to simulate typing.

I work with it from home and use it as personal work.
