I recently bought this laptop a few weeks ago and its been great. Its fast and responsive whether you need to do work or just watch a movie its been great.

I love this laptop. It is easy to use and is the perfect size for taking it around with me. I us it in my wood carving group to keep records of members information and sales. Perfect for this purpose. I like the graphics and the key pad.

Love this computer. I have always used Lenovo, but the day I went to buy this computer at the local Best Buy, based on my needs, I decided to give this computer a try. I am very happy with this computer for the price. Would highly recommend. I am using this for work. Gaming and graphics were not a need for me.

excellent laptop. have zero regrets with this purchase. takes a bit figuring out all the keypad and keyboard shortcuts but not long. so far so good with a hp stylus as well. just getting into the copilot features, great so far. screen and sound are great, 360 fold to tablet form works and functions like a charm.

Great laptop for home use, does everything I need, AI, email, web searching, Microsoft word and excel, very satisfied with the brand and price.

Went to Best Buy to order a new computer. The staff was great and very informative. Happy with the computer I landed on and appreciate the help from their staff and their knowledge on the product.

I'm extremely happy with this laptop. I have some virtual meetings and the mic, audio output and video quality have been excellent on both ends. Very good build quality. My primary use case is graduate school. I was planning on getting the 14 inch, but got the 16 inch after seeing them both in person. It is in fact, bulky and heavy, but that's the tradeoff.

Really impressed with this laptop so far. It’s fast, super quiet, and the 2K touchscreen looks crisp and vibrant. The Intel Core Ultra 7 handles multitasking without any slowdown, and having 1TB of SSD storage is a huge plus. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a powerful, flexible laptop with plenty of speed and storage.

Great in every way. Had for 2 months & it’s handled as good as any computer I’ve ever had in the past. Only thing I would say is that there’s no clear compatible accessories. For instance a stylus for this would be ideal. You look up trying to find one & they all say potentially compatible

Absolutely love my flip! It runs flawlessly. I don't play games on it but I do have some pretty heavy photo programs that has needs. I have a bad habit of pushing the computer screen back further than it should go. I have broken two laptops like that. This one is a no worry for me because it goes all the way back and can turn into a tablet. It was on sale so I grabbed it up.

the laptop works great the features the ability to turn it into a tablet the 2k screen giving it a sharp crisp picture without breaking the bank the 3k version had fewer options for a much higher price and for most users the extra pixels would not be seen.

Plenty of storage, ram for me. Decent screen, build quality it nice and uses aluminum. Fast and responsive.

In all, I like this laptop. It's a nice size, the screen is sharp and most things work as expected. The one area I had problems was the Wi-fi. I have a Quantum fiber internet ser vice and was using the built in Wi-fi in their modem. For the most part, none of our devices have had issues with using it. It provides both 2.4GHz and 5GHz w-fi service. When setting up this laptop, it would connect successfully to the 2.4GHz wi-fi service but when connecting to the 5GHz wi-fi service, it said there was no internet connection. I spent more than a week trying various things to fix this with no success. I did find out that others have had similar problems with the laptop's wi-fi chip, which I wish I had known before purchasing the laptop, I was giving up and looking to return the laptop to Best Buy when I decided to try setting up a mesh wi-fi and see if that fixed my problem. I purchased a TP-Link BE5000 Wi-fi 7 3 pack mesh system and installed it in our home. After setting it up, I successfully connected the laptop to the new wi-fi service at 5GHz and it's been working ever since for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to write up this review to share my experience for others in the hope others might benefit from my troubles. While troubleshooting this problem, I was very unhappy with the laptop because of it. But now that it's fixed, I'm very glad I purchased and kept the laptop as it is very nice. While I don't enjoy having to spend another $250 for a mesh wi-fi system to get this laptop to work as expected all in all I'm happy with the outcome. I hope this helps.
