My first laptop and I'm enjoying it. Very easy to set up and use. Best Buy Geeks did a great job of transferring my data and programs from my old hard drive.

Right size, user friendly, very light and my go anywhere

While I miss the keypad, I love the larger keys and the backlighted keyboard. It's speed is incredible. So far so good!

This is the best laptop I’ve owned. It boots up blazing fast and runs apps crazy fast. But my favorite past is Copilot! The AI integration on the computer can assist with shopping, searching, browsing, even conversation. I’d recommend this laptop to family and friends who want a powerful device that is future ready.

Awesome product. Salesman was very informative and gave me the facts. I did buy a more expensive model then I went in to get but am happy with the differences in quality for the price. Salesman never pushed me to buy the higher priced one but was very informative on both products I was looking at to buy.

The screen is amazing. This computer is user friendly and whenever I have an issue I can easily reach out to troubleshoot to IT department.

I love the laptop, however the customer service was terrible. I bought this laptop because the sales guy said it would go on sale the next day and it didn’t. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go home and get the laptop to return in time as I was going on vacation. At that point I was stuck with it.

I have had this computer for a few months now and am still learning a lot of the features on it but I love the quality of this laptop. The screen is super clear and I love how it’s a touch screen! I also love that I can flip this around and use it as a tablet if I want. It has been awesome for school and personal. I highly recommend to anyone needing it for the same thing
