    My computer was accidently sent to the wrong address but I caught it in time to put a halt on it being delivered. I then had it dropped off at a Fed Ex Store. I finally got it. I love it.

    Everything works well, good for work and school. The copilot AI is alright, chat gpt is quicker though. The display has good colors but the overall resolution isn’t great.

    The HP laptop is a little too sensitive to touch. I am still learning the new features. Our salesman, TREY TURNER, was the best computer salesman I have EVER HAD. HE WAS PHENOMENAL!!! Please be sure he is given a 5-STAR review, because I never found a review for him. Peggy J.

    Best Buy was great and even honored a sale price a few weeks later, giving me the difference back on my card. The computer is awesome! It is big not to use on a table but also flexible enough with the touchscreen and flip capability to use as a tablet! Very pleased!
