Speedy when it works. The brackets holding screen will go out in 1 1/2 months. Otherwise good computer

So far everything is good, very easy set up and support.

Just leaving Best Buy after dropping off this computer for repair. We have owned it under 2 months and the display screen won’t come on. We haven’t even used this computer in tablet mode . Sometimes a computer screen can get a frayed wire if constantly flipped back and forth. The tech said it would be 2-3 weeks to replace the screen, but he isn’t sure that’s what is wrong with this. My wife uses this computer for work and now has nothing for 3 weeks! Shame on Best Buy, I asked if they could just give us a new computer and transfer the information over which would take 2-3 days instead of 2-3 weeks. They said they could but it would cost $100. So do they truly stand behind what they sale? Maybe it can be argued this is an extra cost. However for a computer less than 2 months old that THEY sold me, the right thing to do was to do the back up for free.i tried to support my local economy, i will just purchase off Amazon next time.

Works great and plays some high intensity games. I did buy a cooling pad, because it does emit a lot of heat

So far, love, it i mainly got it for school, and emails and documents, and it is snappy in those aspects.

This computer will serve basic purposes and I mean "basic". It's incredibly slow compared to an AMD based cpu. It overheats quickly and struggles to have more than one two programs opened at the same time. The keys often stick and feel mushy. I needed a quick replacement so I bought this laptop. If I had more time, I would have avoided this product. If performs at the same level as a $400 laptop.
