Got this computer for Christmas. It seems to be a good value for the price so far!

This computer is a lemon. it has been in for trouble shooting more than I have had it. The mouse and keyboard and touch pad freeze up and the computer has to be shut down and rebooted.W e had to buy a new one due to Microsoft forcing you to because they wouldn't update windows 10. Buy an APPLE.

The keyboard keys are uncomfortable and the design is not comforting the user. The overall experience is good

Keyboard sticks, mouse pad sticks, the keyboard briteness button just turned off and wont turn back on

Fine tablet but limited and not active stylus capable. Did not meet requirements that it was needed for.

awkward change from my PC. I accidentally agreed to an upgradefor remote access wifi it s was a scam however, I blame best buy for allowing this site access to their website.

Returned.. was pressured by associate who would not listen to me and my needs. This happens frequently.. Young men have no time for seniors. Shown most expensive item, when told do not need all that. So returned and questioning my patronage there . The Geek Squad is fabulous as are few other associates. Also cashier was wonderful and answered my questions.She did not pressure or ignore me.

I really like this HP OmniBook X Flip 16 inch Laptop. The processor is fast, it has plenty of SDRAM for my applications and a large capacity SSD. The battery lasts for hours running videos, playing app games, and surfing the internet. It is sleek and lightweight making it very portable. I love the large screen. The touchscreen is responsive, though I did find it to be slightly inaccurate. In times of needing to tap small icons I have needed to tap a little to the left to get the appropriate response, such as tapping on the x to close windows. The on screen keyboard is large enough that it responds accurately without any adjustment on my part. The ability to flip or stand this laptop in so many ways is great. The hinges feel strong while working smoothly. Videos play smooth, the speakers work great, the 5MP camera is clear and video calls have been no problem with this machine. The flexible quick charging USB-C cord is easy to take along. It's a very portable, fast, quality laptop.

Good so far! Still not sure about the processor though!

Picture is a bit disappointing but overall great product.

I bought laptop on oct 13th and experiencing several issues with this laptop. The screen frequently refreshes without any input from me, often going black and then coming back on. Additionally, the laptop hangs whenever I attempt to perform a browser search. I visited the Best Buy showroom to address these problems, but they informed me that I would need to pay $99 for them to review the issue. I never shop in best buy.

It’s a good first laptop. Maybe high school homework kind of stuff. I ended up taking it back because I needed better productivity

I am not that impressed with the laptop for as much as it costs. It's very heavy and it has magnet(s) next to the mouse pad for some reason. That is annoying.
