    The product is great. Why wasn’t great is what it took to get the laptop. I was promised by the salesman that the computer would be delivered to my house via fedex on a Sunday and was even given a time via online. Shortly after, I got a notice of delay of computer, and that it would be delivered on Monday. Monday comes and it still hadn’t been picked up. I needed the computer asap, and now it wasn’t even going to come to me on that Monday. I called a service rep. who assured me I could drive to pick it up all the way on the other side of Phoenix. I went out to that store, only to find that they had no idea of where the laptop was, and they were not notified of the change. After speaking to 2 people, a manager came and went to the back and found it and that it was waiting to be picked up. He pulled the product, had to do a good amount of changes on the order. I was then able to get the computer. My issue is that the sales person knew that it wouldn’t come as promised. He did what he needed to close the sale. I emphasized that I needed the computer and was having surgery the coming week and that I needed the computer prior to that.

    This computer is brand new and more laggy and problematic than my 2016 asus laptop. The camera recognzies my face 30% of the time which ia sheer stupidity. When i look at processes, there are a ton of useless HP nonsense open that you cant end. I have to reboot this thing every 2 days, which i didnt need to do with the asus. I also get nonstop alerts for garbage people dont want or need. I wanted an upgrade and i paid a grand for a lateral move at best.
