Works really well so far. My last HP laptop made it about 8-9 years. So hopefully this one will last as long. I miss having the number pad but can live with that.

Hands down! My first ever "big tech" buy from here.. can back several times before making my final pick. And I have to say, a very good 2 and 1!! I am using it strictly for social, photo and video editing, with minor game play. Let me tell you. This specific model will handle it!

Very nice laptop though it’s a bit heavy. The keyboard organization is different from common one, and will take time to get used to it.

Beautiful color, copilot is fun as I am learning how to use it, the touch screen is a plus, but I am also using dual monitors with a large monitor. Speed is fast. Would recommend this laptop!

I am even happier with this purchase than the day I bought it. The computer performs even better than I had hoped. It's fast with plenty of extras. The Best Buy exclusives were well picked and the computer has extra RAM and extra storage because of it. I would certainly do it over again

Very Fast performance. Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase. I do wish there were accessories for this model available as it pertains to screen protection and antiglare. I think this is a me problem.

The laptop works like it should. The keyboard has larger than normal key and it takes some getting used to them. Not a show stopper, but the key size is different.
