this computer allows me to do all that my Surface Pro did for me..but more! Its a larger screen, more power, and flips!

I enjoyed the options that Best Buy had, i think i chose the best laptop that met my needs and so far has been nothing but exceptional thanks to the great choices and different varieties that Best Buy had for me to choose from.

I’ve use this laptop everyday. I love it. I’d actually prefer a smaller screen but there is nothing wrong with it. It has great storage space and is easy to use. My husband wanted the 2TB. We also purchased Microsoft 365. Together they are amazing. I’ve been able to apply for new jobs, study for tests, watch videos.

I got this computer on sale and I do think the speed is great... however it has been a total headache! First, the camera is horrible., I wish I could attach a video to show this. It tries to auto-adjust the lighting, but in doing so it goes dark and bright on and off repeatedly. I spoke with HP on the phone, and they could not fix the issue and recommended I return the item. I returned the computer, thinking it was a faulty one, but the second one has the same issue. I use the camera for work, so I had to buy an external one, but it sucks to pay so much money for a faulty component! (And no, I don't have a window behind me when using it, just a steady wall). Another issue- I have owned this computer for only two months and have received a blue screen TWICE that forced me to reset the entire system.

Great price for a powerful and flexible business laptop. It was cheaper than hp.com.

Average at best. Very heavy. The keypad is difficult to NOT hit keys other than the one wanted. Memoty, etc., is good but not a very "firendly," keyboard/device experience.
