    I got this computer on sale and I do think the speed is great... however it has been a total headache! First, the camera is horrible., I wish I could attach a video to show this. It tries to auto-adjust the lighting, but in doing so it goes dark and bright on and off repeatedly. I spoke with HP on the phone, and they could not fix the issue and recommended I return the item. I returned the computer, thinking it was a faulty one, but the second one has the same issue. I use the camera for work, so I had to buy an external one, but it sucks to pay so much money for a faulty component! (And no, I don't have a window behind me when using it, just a steady wall). Another issue- I have owned this computer for only two months and have received a blue screen TWICE that forced me to reset the entire system.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Those Geeks really know their stuff. I went in blind and came home with everything I wanted. I was respected and listened to. My questions were answered to my satisfaction. I appreciate the support and efficiency from Best Buy.
