I love my new HP Omni book Not only did I purchase it when I needed. I could not wait for a sale, But when it did go on sale 2 weeks later I went on line and simply noted the price drop and they gave me the new price saving me roughly 450.00. It was easy.

I liked this laptop so much that I bought a second one for my wife! Very easy to set up. Love the backlighted keyboard. A very solid computer.

It pays to be a Best Buy Plus member because after I bought this the price dropped by 500$ for black Friday and best buy refunded the difference with no hassle!

So far, so good, I use this laptop primarily for telehealth sessions, and the audio/video is perfect. I don't love the layout of the keyboard- the touchpad is too big and takes up too much space for my liking; I'm afraid to wear my watch and bracelets as it feels like I am scratching the computer as I wrest my wrists on the sides of the touchpad to type.

I worked with salesperson Vincent, in the computer section in Plover, WI. He was a newer, young employee, & had excellent knowledge. Related VERY WELL to this older (68) customer. His personality and HONESTY was very apparent and I BOUGHT the $1600 computer thanks to him. KEEP HIM!

I am just enjoying this computer. I am searching from long time for this type of capacity . HP is my favorite brand and Best Buy is my trusted store.

Bought for hone use, tho perfect laptop for a wide range of uses.

Very powerful device, good build quality. The screen has some grainy in the panel glass but the colors are vivid with great contrast.

So much technology in this machine. My favorite feature, so far, is the 3K OLED screen. Very responsive and quick.

This could last me 5-8 years. Exactly what I need.
