    I was so exciting buying this laptop. But my task window would crash, doing important work. Then the system would just decide to crash too. It only got worse, and would crash just watching a youtube video. I worked with HP for HOURS and WEEKS ON END, for them to send a thumb drive with a new Windows image, it failed. HP shipped a box to return my laptop to their bench in California, they fixed and returned. Three days after I got it back, window crash. Next day, system crashed. Im back on the line with their tech support and they want to troubleshoot again. I have lost HOURS and HOURS of productivity working with them and giving the benefit of the doubt to stand behind their product and fix it. Mind you this is brand new, not refurb. I have had success with HP laptops in the past and feel this one is a dud. I hope to get a total new replacement or a refund, which HP is saying since it's past the 30 day store return window, they have to do a repair ticket. HP support is telling me I can take it to the Best Buy store (which is an hour away from me) and they will open a ticket there. If HP themselves can't fix it, why would Geek Squad suddenly be able to? I run 2 businesses and my laptop working equals food on the table. 100% fully and absolutely unacceptable. Im hoping I can bring it back to Best Buy and cry for mercy to get store credit and either try once more with this model, because I def did my research prior to buying, or choose something else. Horrible horrible nightmare!
