I purchased this laptop and never could get it to connect to the internet. Some kind of hardware/ software glitch. I couldn't figure it out nor could geek squad. I was given option to send it to HP or they'd exchange it. Went with the exchange. Everything worked great on the replacement and is a solid computer.

It may be the best laptop I've ever had. Great screen, fast performance, very happy with it.

This is going to be a great laptop for me with a little more speed in the processor i9. The monitor is great on the eyes. The look and feel of the keyboard I really like. All in all its all that I expected and much more.

This laptop is good with nice screen but the only thing I don’t like is the flat keyboard and the visible of keyboard letter. If it make black background for keyboard and that way we can see the letter clear. The other thing is if they can make the 4K resolution that will reduce the text fringing. The picture on display is 10/10 but the text clarity is 7/10 so this laptop good for some one work with edit photo or art. But if some one work with text like excel or word, should be considered. HP made best screen but I hope in future window can fix the subpixel rendering for OLED screen

Great laptop, runs very smooth does not heat up easily and battery lasts long. Everything about this laptop is crisp!

I love this computer so much! One of the best things I’ve ever purchased. The keyboard and sound are not great, but everything aside from that is just fantastic. It can play all games on medium-high graphics and just has so many features I love it

Laptop is very easy to use. Very quick. Set up with the Geek Squad went sooo smoothly. Needed a new laptop for a while but kept putting it off because of transferring info. Couldn't have been easier! Thanks Geek Squad!

It is very rare to have this configuration in a 2 in 1, let alone at this price. I read this is because the I9 will run too hot but that hasnt been my experience thus far. But for the price with a 3k screen, there was no point in going with an I7. Display is gorgeous, build quality is fine. Only drawback is the lack of a wifi 7 card inside. 6e is fine for now but im surprised they used a 6e for this build.

Display quality is good. Good performance and battery life.

Works as advertised. I was worried about it being too much computer for what I needed, but the price was right and it works great for the items I use.
