This HP laptop is light, fast and has great display quality. I am very happy with my choice so far.

So far I am happy with the laptop. Awesome improvements from my last, and I am excited to use it. I purchased when it was on sale which made it even more worth it! Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

A great lap top for the money. At the sale I bought it you couldn't find a better co-pilot on the market. You couldn't beat the current upgrades supplied with this lap top.

It pays to be a Best Buy Plus member because after I bought this the price dropped by 500$ for black Friday and best buy refunded the difference with no hassle!

So far, so good, I use this laptop primarily for telehealth sessions, and the audio/video is perfect. I don't love the layout of the keyboard- the touchpad is too big and takes up too much space for my liking; I'm afraid to wear my watch and bracelets as it feels like I am scratching the computer as I wrest my wrists on the sides of the touchpad to type.

I worked with salesperson Vincent, in the computer section in Plover, WI. He was a newer, young employee, & had excellent knowledge. Related VERY WELL to this older (68) customer. His personality and HONESTY was very apparent and I BOUGHT the $1600 computer thanks to him. KEEP HIM!

The HP OmniBook X Flip 32GB RAM 2TB SSD 16" OLED touch-screen is a solid laptop with a little more weight (a little over 4 lbs, I think) than I am used to. Nonetheless, the performance on this laptop is more than ample for the average user. There is PLENTY of storage especially if you are not embracing the cloud for your files, photos and music. The screen is well lit and the images are crisp with a variety of resolution settings, helpful if you need larger fonts. The webcam is relatively advanced compared to other laptops, offering 5mp resolution and enhanced features to adjust brightness and other settings critical to making you look good on video calls. The built-in microphone and speakers are of good quality as well.
Although the graphics card is nothing spectacular, you can still game (within reason) on this laptop. Any gamer, however, would know that you would want a different setup if that was all you planned to do with the laptop.
I do not think I am getting the "18hrs" of battery life but then again, it is a bit too early to tell. However, I can work on it for 8 hours w/o fear of it dying.
I've done some generic AI stuff both with CoPilot and Gemini...and some AI image rendering...via the web with this machine. I honestly do not know what takes place on the computer vs. in the cloud with AI, but the AI integration seems to be everywhere and, well, it all works to the extent that AI works in general.
Facial unlock is VERY NICE. There is no fingerprint reader, however, there are plenty of ports on the laptop--no RJ45 network cable port, however...which is not a surprise as most laptops no longer have them.
The processor and RAM should be more than enough power to last for the next 4-5 years for the average to advanced (non-gamer) user. My wife has a quilt design program that tends to bog down down our previous laptops. We do not notice the same lag with the software installed on the OmniBook X Flip and, unscientifically and partially, used that as a benchmark to determine "satisfaction" with the processor/RAM.
One quirk, for a 16" laptop, is that it does not have a dedicated number pad. To be honest, I do not like the keyboard feel in general, but this is likely just something I am not yet used to.
I would recommend the laptop for the price and build, however, if weight is a concern, I would suggest doing additional research to see if you can find something below 4 lbs or look at a model with a smaller screen.
