The first one I had was running hot and the fan was constantly running, which made the battery life really bad. It finally stopped working and would just freeze or reboot itself or the screen went black. I guess I had a lemon. Best buy was really good and offered an exchange. The 2nd one is quiet and the fan rarely runs which is a nice change. The temps are also not too hot which is helping the fan not run as much which is helping the battery life, but still testing. The OLED screen is very reflective and will probably buy an anti-glare screen cover for it as it's giving me some eye strain. The speakers are weak and only 2 of them down-firing near the front of the computer and lack bass, so the grill holes up top are deceiving and are just probably for air flow. I do enjoy the keyboard even though its flat and zero lattice, but still I favor that as used one of the new XPS's for a while. The trackpad is very responsive and works good and is mechanical, not huge and not too small, just right. In short... 4/5. If the speakers were good it would be a 5/5 for me.

Screen size is ideal for our use. Performance is excellent. Like the larger keys and processing speed is really good. Very pleased with the purchase.

Good performance. Converts into a tablet and very fast. Very solid all around laptop. Screen is great as well. SSD makes this very snappy as well.

keyboard action smooth and clear. Screen image and motion good. Sound a little tinny but works. I am use to the update process with windows based computers so no surprises. I like wireless keyboard with mouse - not supplied. I like disk/card reader/writer - not supplied, Speed of system impressive but doesn’t wow. For my sale price and need my new PC does the job I plan to keep this one for a long while I have come to expect strong support and backing from BBY/HP as in the past. I recommend this system at a fair price. Good luck

Great specs and beautiful OLED display. Runs smoothly and super fast, with no issues so far. Great purchase when it was on sale.

Great, powerful laptop, very comfortable and looks truly luxurious. The only downside is temperature: the default autonomy mode saves too much energy, so the fan stays quiet and the device can overheat. Adjusting the cooling settings fixes it.

Other than the fact that HP laptops in general are on the heavy side ( but also tougher and durable) this laptop is great. Excellent display quality with a screen thats difficult to scratch.

HP has evolved... in very good ways. Their software suite, which has been around for far too long, is finally being replaced with much lighter and intuitive apps. This alone is a good reason to check out HP again for a new PC. Their old Support app was annoying & clunky! Beyond that, the build quality of this OmniBook X Flip is phenomenal! The keyboard is much better than I anticipated and the display is beyond vibrant. The port selection is perfect and weight distribution is perfect. This laptop strikes the right balance between price & performance... when on sale. Give it a look!

My first HP laptop. Brilliant screen, long battery life. Overall very happy with HP.

I bought an open box item, and I was a bit hesitant because it felt like a big investment. However, I was also saving about $150, so I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise, I ended up with a great laptop that was opened and returned, and it’s been working perfectly well without any issues. It’s as good as new! Thanks, Best Buy, for making my day.

I've had it about a week. This is a laptop with more bells and whistles than I anticipated buying. It was a great price and got even better when they reduced it another $150 and I did price match further reducing the cost. I've been impressed with the speed and the OLED touch-screen. I used Consumer Report and it was rated a Smart Buy. Very happy with the 16" screen. Right now nothing negative. Getting acquainted with the AI intelligence.

This hp omnibook x flip 16 3k oled is a beast laptop its fast has good displaybits bright sharp and color accurate the processor storage and ram speed is all combined for efficiency fast responsive system the keyboard is great has good backlight speakers are ok but sound good for dual setup it sturdy has good aluminum build the battery life is good even on 120hz its worth every penny only thing it doesnt have bluetooh 5.4 or wifi 7 it 5 3 and wifi 6e which wasnt a bother to me thats what i use at amd still has great speed and connectivity also this can run games i play halo infinity and madden 26 call of duty so yes this is a great all arounder
