I needed a replacement computer for my Secretary. I got this one. It has plenty of memory and the Solid State Drive makes it very zippy. I highly recommend it.

This is a replacement computer for our daughter because she needed to update to Windows 11. She uses it as her only computer at home and she says it is much faster than her old one.

Easy to set up, great performance, great price when I bought it. Win11 capable. Plenty of USB ports to attach my stuff. I don’t need a laptop anymore, I use my phone for most of that….

Our new computer is working great and are pleased.

I had a similar HP Desktop that only lasted 3 years, but after reading the reviews, decided on another HP. I had a local computer guy set it up and transfer my files. So far, it's working fine, but maybe not quite as fast as my old one. My biggest concern was whether or not I would be able to download my Microsoft Works software. ALL of my files are on Works spreadsheets and data bases. I have the 2009 version, and Microsoft stopped supporting it years ago. Much to my relief, it works on this computer and with Windows 11. The sales associate was very insistant on us buying antivirus software and their Total plan, but since the nearest Best Buy is not very close, we declined. I trust my local computer guy and didn't want to spend the extra money.

Seems to be OK I have called GEEK squad to assist me in getting it set up. At this point seems like it will be a good choice. I did not need the keyboard and mouse-but sales person did not mention was included. At this time I believe this was a good choice for a replacement Geek Squad is one on my favorite features of BEST BUY
