Appears to be everything we needed in a new computer. Was able to take advantage of Black Friday deals to get a better price.

I was hacked a month ago and had to shut down everything. I had an old hard drive that didn't recover so I went to best buy and purchased a new HP OmniDesk Desktop. I also purchased the Geek Squad coverage and it has been a life saver, I still need to purchase an SSD drive for my old computer but it will definitely be done at Best Buy. They will save you money. time, and your sanity!

Glad to be using a CPU again. Not a fan of the all in one computers

Had already selected product based on my needs but salesperson was very helpful with options etc

With the help of the Best Buy sales staff and the technical support folks(Geek Squad) I was able to set-up and transition to my new computer very easily.

computer is working well,....Thank you,..but I will NOT allow the geek squad to attempt to transfer my data from my old pc again.........they made a mess of it!!

Note that I had Geek Squad to do the setup. The first unit that I got turned out to be defective and was replaced. This seems to work fine so far with the exception that it will occasionally freeze up when online. This only lasts a minute or two, and I am not sure if it is the computer or some other problem. The Geek Squad rep did not know. I am a longtime HP user, and this is at least the 4th or 5th of that brand that I've had.

Microsoft 11: Too much. AI, etc., not necessary for everyday usage. Classic Outlook much better than the 'new' Outlook. Wasn't broken. The HP OmniDesk Desktop has been good to date. Quick responses to input.

Just started using it. So far, so good. It is a little different than my old Windows 10.

This PC was just what I needed. Setup was easy, and the buying experience was painless.

Upon receiving information that Microsoft 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft I decided to purchase a new system with Microsoft 11 . While browsing your salesman answered all my questions and the system was on sale, great timing for me.

Don’t know why I waited so long to buy it, the WiFi is super fast

Great item for upgrading to a system that will except windows 11.

So far so good. I just started using the computer. I hope it lasts me for a long time!

Eric the salesman was great to work with. Explained everything I asked about. Made the purchase very simple.

I am pleased with this HP desktop. It is easy to use, faster & great performance.

My daughter said that it was easy to install. It loads quickly. I don't have a problem.
