I was hacked a month ago and had to shut down everything. I had an old hard drive that didn't recover so I went to best buy and purchased a new HP OmniDesk Desktop. I also purchased the Geek Squad coverage and it has been a life saver, I still need to purchase an SSD drive for my old computer but it will definitely be done at Best Buy. They will save you money. time, and your sanity!

The sales woman was prompt and helpful. However, she did not mail us the additional keyboard as promised. We did receive it after reminding them. The technician was prompt and uncommunicative. We live an hour away and are disabled. It was difficult for us to ask even a simple question about the transfer of our data from the old computer to the new one without making multiple appointments.

Makes working from easy. Best investment for our needs.

Reverting from Apple back to Windows with a little challenging for me. But I really love this system the operation and the storage space.

I am not very technical, so I appreciated the time that the salesperson took to ask me questions regarding my need and use for a new computer. Even though lacking in technical knowledge I was able to easily hook up my new computer and began using it right away.

With reluctance, I had to replace my very old desktop. The Best Buy sales staff plus the Best Buy Geek Squad made the process smooth and easy for a very old senior citizen. I highly recommend them.

Just what I needed. Upgrade for old pc that needed to be replaced

Great computer and sales staff patient and informed.

Note that I had Geek Squad to do the setup. The first unit that I got turned out to be defective and was replaced. This seems to work fine so far with the exception that it will occasionally freeze up when online. This only lasts a minute or two, and I am not sure if it is the computer or some other problem. The Geek Squad rep did not know. I am a longtime HP user, and this is at least the 4th or 5th of that brand that I've had.

So far, I am happy with this computer. I bought it at a discounted price due to it being on sale and also an open box item.
