    I really enjoy my new computer. It took a little while to finger everything out because it was different from my old computer. I like the keyboard with the letters bigger and easier to read. I would recommend to everyone.

    I really wanted to like this PC, but it never felt reliable. Within the first couple of days it froze multiple times, crashed to a black screen, and eventually showed a hardware error indicating the RAM had completely failed. Simple tasks like browsing and watching YouTube caused random reboots and “your device ran into a problem” messages. The HDMI/refresh rate issues were frustrating too — it wouldn’t detect the TV ports normally, and performance felt laggy compared to other systems at this price. Best Buy handled the return smoothly, but I shouldn’t have needed to return a brand-new desktop for basic hardware failure. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but it didn’t inspire confidence. I moved on to another system and it’s been night-and-day better.
