    Microsoft 11: Too much. AI, etc., not necessary for everyday usage. Classic Outlook much better than the 'new' Outlook. Wasn't broken. The HP OmniDesk Desktop has been good to date. Quick responses to input.

    The CPU (computer) surprisingly is "attractive", adds class to my office. The challenge is learning Windows 11, forr which I will count on Best Buy staff training.

    It is a learning curve going from Win 10 to Win 11. Best Buy chat line was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Still working through a lot of new procedures. Wish HP setup booklet was more informative.

    Upon purchasing this H.P. computer i also, upgraded the ram from 16 to 32 gigabytes of ram. So far no problems and it's super fast. Great price and well worth it.

    Very fast and simple. Additional drives cannot be added nor can a powered video card. There are no extra power supply cables for this to happen. If you need to customize this, don't buy it. If you just want a good reliable PC. Go for it.

    Product's power supply unit failed 13 months after purchase (and barely out of warranty). Machine was used for office productivity and integrated with several AI tasks. Took the machine to a local store and was informed that the 280 PSU in this machine "works on paper" but in practical applications if the machine gets pushed, it can fail, which it did in my case. Replaced it with a beefier 400 watt PSU and it has been working well since.
