Had this PC for a week now and it has worked flawlessly so far. Easy set-up and very response to all tasks. Highly recommend.

Im actually disputing this purchase bc we was lied to about the product. This was an open box model and i asked about returns and warranties bc it was an open box. We was told by the sales person that it was 30 days. 29th day we took it to be looked at bc the USB wasn't ready a thumb drive. Not only did they try to tell us windows 11 couldn't read the thumb drive bc it was made for windows 10 they then said that there was no warranty and then i tried to return it and the management said it had a 15 day return. They lied to sale a broken product

I am very unhappy with BestBuy. The sales person did not explain things that I needed to know. All he wanted to do was make a sale. I have had a very hard time setting up the computer & was not told that the virus protection would not be transferred over from the old computer. Also, he did not tell me I would not be able to install the program for my printer because the computer does not accept any disks. If there were any other place to buy a computer in my area I would be going there from now on.

At this point I'm not sure, it has been at the store location longer than I have had it at home. When picked up first time everything was supposed to be transferred from old computer to the new one, that didn't happen couldn't find things and if I did a lot of them would not open. Several of the employees fast talked and weren't helpful at all just trying to get me out the door. Second time there I was lucky enough to get a young man named Tyler C. he was very helpful and explained things, and saw the problems I was having with things not opening an stuff missing, he was very helpful, Best Buy needs a store full of people like him. He told me bring back old and new computers to be able to see what's happening. So looks like a 3rd trip back up there.

Meets the Requirements, quick in response. Size needs lot
of space, USB ports access requires pullout from shelf.

When I ordered the computer I ordered installation also. Computer came and nobody showed up to install it. I called Best Buy and they advised me that I would have make the appointment for the Geek Squad my self. I looked at my invoice of the installation I ordered and instead of the installation I ordered I got a coupon toward installation You guys have a real communication problem with your customers. I've been loyal customer for years and this is the first time I've been very unhappy with your service.

I had an HP desktop for 12 years without one moment of problem. So I purchased another but the quality of this one is poor. I am sorry that I got it and am disappointed in the support
