I had a lot of questions that were answered patiently by the sales guy.

I normally never leave product reviews, as I believe experiences vary from person to person. However, this product has frustrated me so much that I feel compelled to write one. It wastes my time and interferes with my work. Using multiple monitors with this computer is extremely inconvenient and poorly supported. I purchased this computer just 30 days ago, and it already freezes during use. It becomes completely unresponsive for 3–5 minutes at a time before suddenly coming back to life. It is because of these two issues that I decided to finally write this review. Of course, not all HP products are like this. In fact, most of the computers in our office are HP, and they work just fine. But this particular model is truly disappointing. If you just need a computer for very basic use—or perhaps for younger students doing homework—it might be acceptable. Otherwise, I strongly advise against purchasing it.

This is an excellent computer. Easy to setup and use.

Purchasing this computer and having GEEK transfer old to new has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The computer may be fine. I can't tell because I have yet to be able to use it. Geek screwed it up so badly, if I keep it it will cost me several hundred $$ to get it to work. Keyboard and mouse don't work. Trying to get a PERSON to help online is fruitless. I end up in a circle. Get password, text or email to verify, neither works, nor does google account. No way to call anyone to help. I want to return this, go elsewhere and pay the price to get transfer done so I can use it.

This product is very friendly, easy to install, easy to operate.

Have had several times with OmiDesktop freezing in the middle of using and drops internet connection on occasion. Computer freezes for a few seconds then goes blank and restarts after a short pause. Computer is only a month old and have had problems from the start. Best Buy suggested shutting off computer after every use, but that has not fixed the problem.

Excellent quality. Great product for the money. Very easy to install.

PC works well except disconnecting from internet randomly. All else functions good.

Great little desk top for gaming. My house loves it.

this computer isnt as fast as my old hp was when it was new . it doesnt have as many extras as my old hp { no dvd burner, no secuty, no word, no extras. } but it does work so far had it 2 weeks. I purchased another HP based on my old HP life long reliability, i pray this one follows in its foot steps.... thanks

The computer works very well. There is a problem with the WIRELESS KEYBOARD. The computer is NOT receiving the signal properly and does not allow me to use it without restarting the computer. The wireless mouse is great. It's the keyboard which is giving me trouble.

I still wish I could have kept Windows 10 PC. I've had multiple issues with 11 that I'm still dealing with.
