Only had for a week easy set up and reasonably priced

Im actually disputing this purchase bc we was lied to about the product. This was an open box model and i asked about returns and warranties bc it was an open box. We was told by the sales person that it was 30 days. 29th day we took it to be looked at bc the USB wasn't ready a thumb drive. Not only did they try to tell us windows 11 couldn't read the thumb drive bc it was made for windows 10 they then said that there was no warranty and then i tried to return it and the management said it had a 15 day return. They lied to sale a broken product

If you need a excellent dependable computer for day-to-day use, this is the one you should get.

Purchased 12/25; less than 3 months later I started experiencing issues with the Network Driver to the point that it requires a restart of the computer multiple times each day. Taking it into Geek Squad tomorrow, but to have a computer begin failing within 90 days is pretty pathetic.

Nice computer. Even though it comes with Windows 11 we were disappointed that it does not come with simple things like word. Why should you have to buy extra software with a new computer.

First time hard driver failure 2nd one been great so far

At this point I'm not sure, it has been at the store location longer than I have had it at home. When picked up first time everything was supposed to be transferred from old computer to the new one, that didn't happen couldn't find things and if I did a lot of them would not open. Several of the employees fast talked and weren't helpful at all just trying to get me out the door. Second time there I was lucky enough to get a young man named Tyler C. he was very helpful and explained things, and saw the problems I was having with things not opening an stuff missing, he was very helpful, Best Buy needs a store full of people like him. He told me bring back old and new computers to be able to see what's happening. So looks like a 3rd trip back up there.

I am very unhappy with BestBuy. The sales person did not explain things that I needed to know. All he wanted to do was make a sale. I have had a very hard time setting up the computer & was not told that the virus protection would not be transferred over from the old computer. Also, he did not tell me I would not be able to install the program for my printer because the computer does not accept any disks. If there were any other place to buy a computer in my area I would be going there from now on.

Geek squad was excellent but the HP tower hard drive failed in 2 days

I had a lot of questions that were answered patiently by the sales guy.

the wireless keyboard and mouse very pleased with this feature the usb ports are a little troublesome but it may be my thumb drives

Very good and affordable pc it would be great if I have added GeForce graphic card.

This is an excellent computer. Easy to setup and use.
