So far so good. After wasting money buying 2 different laptops in the past 5 years. we decided to go back to old school and get a desktop. This one is fast for my teen daughter to use for gaming and homework. Got her a giant monitor to go with it and she loves it. I expect it will hold up better than the previous laptops.

Best AMD processor on the planet.,I’ve been using AMD powered CPU Disktops for the past 20 plus years and never had any issues or freezes. They’re that good. Highly recommend this product and business.

Certainly an upgrade from my old HP. Seems to be fine. A little glitch with the internet, which may be a problem with my server.

I needed to upgrade to a Windows 11 computer for obvious reasons that Windows 10 was going away. This item was available at a reduced price and thus far I am pleased with it. I am not a tech guru, but this computer is fast and efficient.

Purchased for my mothers older PC, so wanted fast bootup (SSD) and quick processing so she doesn't get frustrated and start pushing buttons:) Some comments criticize this unit for lack of upgradability, but if that's not a concern for you and you're not a gamer, this PC if fine. I've never had an AMD processor, but so far, so good.

Ive been a tech for 23 years, bought and installed a bunch of Omnidesk Ryzen 7s this year. Reasonably priced, well built and very fast. Ill be buying more.

Compared to my 13 year-old HP, this machine is fast! Had it for over a month now and it is working really well. The keyboard is very compact and wireless. The only complaint is the arrow keys are too close to the numeric keypad and I type zero a lot instead of moving right... other than that, it is a solid machine and I am happy with my purchase.

Setup was easy and everything seems to be running well. I am not 100% sure I need virus protection but pop ups I get seems to think so :) Minor pain getting the ads, but I assume that will be for any PC.

Re shipping: very well packaged; arrived when promised. Re the computer: very easy to connect (just make sure you have an hdmi to vga cable). The computer, itself, runs very well. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

We are very happy with our purchase and the level of service provided by the Best Buy sales associate. The associate went out of his way to explain the inner workings of the OmniDesk Desktop computer since its been a while since we last purchased a desktop computer.

Exceeded expected performance for an upgrade to windows 11. No issues with bloat ware for my 75 year old parent who was able to complete set up with updates all by herself! Great customer service from Best Buy from the time we walked in through purchase. Highly recommend!

I replced an aging unit with an updated model, In the past I did it myself. Age however interferes with my ability to function efficiently, so I chose the smarter of the options and had a Best Buy tech do it for me, best decision I have ever made, everything went smoothly and I had a new unit with the old data transferred without a hitch. I now wish that I had done the same in the past.
