The sales woman was prompt and helpful. However, she did not mail us the additional keyboard as promised. We did receive it after reminding them. The technician was prompt and uncommunicative. We live an hour away and are disabled. It was difficult for us to ask even a simple question about the transfer of our data from the old computer to the new one without making multiple appointments.

With reluctance, I had to replace my very old desktop. The Best Buy sales staff plus the Best Buy Geek Squad made the process smooth and easy for a very old senior citizen. I highly recommend them.

Reverting from Apple back to Windows with a little challenging for me. But I really love this system the operation and the storage space.

This is my fourth computer over the last 20 years. The last one was a very well featured HP AMD Athlon Ryzen 7 that performed well year after year. So this is my first trip into Windows 11. I have no regrets. However, the listing is incorrect. My purchase was an Intel Core Ultra 7,s which took a little getting used to the features but is a pleasure to use.

works fine. just wish it came with excel and word. my other computer I use had it and did not have to pay for it

I was looking to replace my desk top computer. I found the OmniDesk Desktop. This is the fastest one I have had. I f you need a new computer I would highly recommend.

This desktop computer is just what we need. All the tech we need for a very affordable price. We especially like the new keyword as the letters are larger to read and the keys are easier to use.

Love this desk top and the monitor as well as speakers.

So far, I am happy with this computer. I bought it at a discounted price due to it being on sale and also an open box item.

I would give it 5 stars but the PC windows 11 will not load my older programs. Disappointed. Otherwise the PC works great. I had no problem with Dell laptop windows 11 loading older programs.

I purchased this to replace my much older computer that cannot be updated to Windows 11. This has a nice profile and was easy to hook up. Best Buy did an excellent job of transferring data so I could find it. I have not used the keyboard/mouse since I already had one.

I find this PC very excellent for searching the web. My daughter enjoys playing games on this PC. She likes the speed and the graphics. I would most definitely recommend this PC.

Great computer, works well and it’s easy to set up

Have had several times with OmiDesktop freezing in the middle of using and drops internet connection on occasion. Computer freezes for a few seconds then goes blank and restarts after a short pause. Computer is only a month old and have had problems from the start. Best Buy suggested shutting off computer after every use, but that has not fixed the problem.

New computer was a breeze for the 71-year-old woman to set up. Service at Best Buy was awesome as usual.
