A little slower than I would like and some of my older apps and programs do not work. Other than that, it is a fine home desktop computer.

I have been very happy with this desktop. I prefer a desktop over the laptops. The agents customized it to my previous computer, and needed to add additional 5TB for my needs. It has been easy to transition to and quite responsive. 0

It boots up pretty fast and I love the solid state hard drive it has. It’s pretty responsive when surfing the web.

It was pretty easy to move everything from the old computer to the new one. So far easy to use. It was a decent price until a couple of weeks later it was reduce $50.

The process of getting it was quick. Great deal and wonderful for a small business owner.

It's a perfect device for my needs. Sales and service staff did a great job for me.

Purchasing this computer and having GEEK transfer old to new has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The computer may be fine. I can't tell because I have yet to be able to use it. Geek screwed it up so badly, if I keep it it will cost me several hundred $$ to get it to work. Keyboard and mouse don't work. Trying to get a PERSON to help online is fruitless. I end up in a circle. Get password, text or email to verify, neither works, nor does google account. No way to call anyone to help. I want to return this, go elsewhere and pay the price to get transfer done so I can use it.

So far so good. I just started using the computer. I hope it lasts me for a long time!

I haven’t been able to use the new desk top I purchased. It has been the the Geek Squad waiting to get the data transferred from the old computer to the new one.

Fast computer but I have some issues. It's either me or the computer shuts off at times.

This tower was easy to install and we got the Best Buy extended warranty and service plan. The new keyboard is great, very good feel to the finger tips. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful.

Great item for upgrading to a system that will except windows 11.

The HP Desktop has made using my PC more enjoyable. It is nice to have an updated system that is more eficient.

Suits my needs exactly. Good value. New keyboard is great! The letters are big and the touch feedback very nice.
