Love this desktop! Number of ports and locations are awesome for such a small for factor. Speed of processing is outstanding.

Product worked seamlessly out of the box. Fuctions very well. I am a bit disappointed in the speed. I only do email and on-line shopping and the rate that internet pages come up is soooooo slow. I purchased an additional 16 GB of memory that arrives in 2 days, so I hope speed will improve.

This computer is working properly. It has aan adequate number of USB ports. The one thing I dislike is that has only one HDMI port, The second is a Display Port that requires a different type cord which no one told me about, and the first I purchased was fauulty which required me to make another trip to the store to get the correct cord. Also, the sound card will not stay on the correcdt setting for my speakers and I have to constantly reset it so it will sometimes work.

Hello.. I have owned this tower now for approximately 3 wks. I like everything about it. The set up was easy and fast. I purchased a large hp monitor and some basic speakers off of amazon. I like it all. In the beginning I wasn't interested in this particular computer but in the end I am more then content with this new purchase. For me my needs are met , won't even use half of what it does. I should add that I have used hp products for many years now and I definitely like this computer best. This is interesting because I was genuinely going to pass on this system and ended up with a purchase. Glad I did ! Thank you.

It a very nice computer, very fast moderate sized. It was EZ to setup but One drive started automatically, Not Good, don't like not having a choice during setup. As I never use one drive I didn't like it and had installs sent to it, a mess to undo. Why have 1 terabyte SSD and install to one drive, want my stuff on my computer. Other then that it's a very nice and good working computer, fast starting, wish DVD drives could be installed or available directly from HP, a good price point also

It is doing fine so far. Still getting used to the difference from the old one. My only disappointment was with the purchase. We provided the info to get a credit card so we could get a $70 credit. We were told it would be received in a few weeks. What we got was a letter of decline advising the SS# given was incorrect. Considering we have an 800+ credit score you would have thought someone would have contacted us. But, it seems you got your money, unfortunately, we didn't get ours.

it was very easy to set up. It is fast and has enough memory for what I need it for. Good value for the sale price.
