Unfair to rate as I have not used the device yet!'

My old HP phoenix 800-060 windows 8 that is running Windows 10 after upgrading is 4 times the computer. This amd omnidesk desktop lags and freezes, i do not think it is the internet because it doesn't happen on old system. Not as fast as salesman said it would be. I am considering returning.

The computer keeps shutting down due to a kernel power issue which I am trying to identify. Every time it happens the computer no longer recognizes a second monitor. In order to get it recognized I have to delete the raedon 780 graphic and then reinstall it. I am not sure if there is aproblem on my end or an issue with the HO omni itself.

This PC is garbage and does not work. The first one I ordered would crash a lot. I was able to exchange it but I am having the same issues with the second one. Now I am out of the tiny 15 day return window and I'm stuck with a lemon. Do not buy if you want a PC that doesn't randomly restart with "Faulty Hardware Corrupt" message every couple hours! Very upset Best Buy will not let me exchange for a different PC.

It is slower than our old computer. It also is slower in the cursor showing on the screen.

Replaced a previous HP Desktop. Not quite as fast.

Only buy if the integrated graphics will suffice. Even though the motherboard has a PCIE slot for a graphics card, the bios won't allow you to install one.

I purchased this as i was told my computer was bad and out dated so i had all info from old to new PC or at least that was suppose to happen after picking it up I had to go to hospital for major back surgery and now I find this pc shut downs and updates about 2-3 times an hour!!!!1! also my data was not put in correctly, had my granddaughter take it back in and was told all was ok, Iam VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PC!!!!!!! IDO NOT LIKE THIS OPERATION!!!!!!!

It does on but if your kids like to play Robox this computer has a hard time keeping up. For the price I expected better. Would not recommend if you have kids or if you are even a light gamer.

The computer is fine I guess. It has been a little over a month since we purchased it and we are still waiting on the Geek Squad to come out and install it.

It worked for a couple weeks and then started freezing with a black screen, even after resetting the PC. Can't even set it back up now because it goes black and freezes during the setup process. This seems to be a common problem with this model, apparently. I'm very disappointed with HP.

Bought two of these. Took me awhile to get around to hooking them up, didn't notice the 15 day return window which ended yesterday. First one suffers the black screen issue others have reported. Was informed by Best Buy that I had to contact HP since window had closed. Problem is you must register PC first, neither one will register, not by manual entry or auto detect. Now what? Something is up with these computers.

I love HP products, I outfitted my home and office with HP 27" All-In-One computers. I bought this tower for his power and specs, get it home, and it wouldnt allow me to to set it up. It would gave error message and reset. I assume I bought a bad one.

There is an issue with either the video card or the Motherboard but having lots of issues with the screen just going black for a while then comes back.Now I have to shut down one of my employees to take it in to get checked. Loss of production by an employee just because poor quality of a brand new computer.

Bought 2 of these for my business. one of them had a bad wifi adapter. Tried updating drivers and everything but it still didnt work. Ended up returning that one. The other one works fine but i get the blue screen of death every 2-3 days. Would not recommend really.

For the price of this computer you would hope that it could at least run Minecraft with some average shaders. However, this device disappointed me at every turn. I have heard jet planes that had a more quite take-off than this computer. We had this device in our home for less than 3 days before we decided to trade it in and spend a few more bucks to get something way better.

Had to exchange the cpt because of operating problem. The monitor had to be exchanged because it arrived damaged. Your store would not exchange saying it was beyond warranty time. There was NO Monitor to use with the computer so did not discover its issues until the new monitor was exchanged. The store charged me $50 to buy extended warranty OR No Exchange would be allowed. Basically you robbed me of $ 50 . This will be my last purchase from a dishonest firm.

Bad experience and returned due to AMD driver issues. Might have been easily corrected but I did not want to continue so it was quick and easy to upgrade to a different computer.

I had to wipe off all the files to a computer that is less than 60 days old

After a couple of months, this POC computer keeps shutting down every few minutes. Fortunately, I purchased the Geek Squad protection. After I took it in for repair, the guy told me it would be sent out for two to four weeks. After only eight weeks, I would expect them to exchange it, But they won't. Buy at your own risk.
