Replaced an older HP model that died. Great computer, very fast with the SSD drive and the extra RAM. Windows 11 was a bit to get used to but it’s working fine. Overall I’m very pleased.

I bought this computer in the open box condition at the recommendation of a friend who does that all the time. My computer had not been restored to factory settings – the previous owner’s information was all there. If not for my tech savvy friend, it could’ve been a disaster. The computer itself seems great, and I love the wireless keyboard and the mouse.

I absolutely love the OmniDesk desktop. It is so easy to lift and set up. It is so very user friendly, and I definitely love everything about it. True value for my money.

Not a fan of the cosmetics, I would have preferred a second HDMI connector. I don't use One Drive...and would like Windows to have a better interface to set it up (or disable). Otherwise the set-up process seems to have gone well...no issues so far.

What's not to like? It's an HP with Intel processor. It's fast and works great. It suits my needs. Easiest set up I've ever had.

Even though I spent $1000, unfortunately this is an absolute basic model. There are no ports for anything. I can only use one of my monitors unless I get another circuit board and it’s just been a disappointment.
