    HP deleted disc reader. That is the only basic complaint, but it was solved with a $ 40 remote drive.

    Dongle (thingy that will run the wireless keyboard and mouse) was damaged when I removed it from one slot to the other. The response from HP - you have to buy a new set - you cannot get / or buy a dongle. So. Trash it is.

    my word doesn't allow attachments and no instructions on how to do it I hate the keyboard it is terrible the keys are too flat I have to retype practically every word keeps putting in double letters
