    Dongle (thingy that will run the wireless keyboard and mouse) was damaged when I removed it from one slot to the other. The response from HP - you have to buy a new set - you cannot get / or buy a dongle. So. Trash it is.

    I had an old PC that took forever to start up and load any kind of website. So, when I got this HP, it was life changing! It is soooo fast and it makes my workn get done soooo much faster. I wish I would have bought this years ago.

    I needed to replace my outdated desk computer. Perfect timing during a great promotion at Best Buy. Used my Best Buy Visa card and got 18 month financing. A good sales and customer service experience. They have a customer for life with me when purchasing electronics.

    It's a good computer. I didn't like the fake wood finish on the outside, but bought it anyway because of its other features. Not everything got transferred to my new computer off my old one, which is a pain but not the computer's fault!

    I really enjoyed the hard drive. But unable to used it because the hard drive did not recognize the monitor speaker. Nothing wrong with it!
