    Our new computer and monitor are far superior to the old models we "retired", The sales help at Best Buy was very helpful to 2 old non tech savvy people looking for help. Kevin, with the Geek squad, setting up or computer system. The best experience ever

    Replaced an older HP model that died. Great computer, very fast with the SSD drive and the extra RAM. Windows 11 was a bit to get used to but it’s working fine. Overall I’m very pleased.

    I bought this computer in the open box condition at the recommendation of a friend who does that all the time. My computer had not been restored to factory settings – the previous owner’s information was all there. If not for my tech savvy friend, it could’ve been a disaster. The computer itself seems great, and I love the wireless keyboard and the mouse.
