    PC & Price is Great!!! But Since BB has changed from UPS to Fedex delivery, Delivery times have increased from 2 days to a week!!!!

    I bought this computer in the open box condition at the recommendation of a friend who does that all the time. My computer had not been restored to factory settings – the previous owner’s information was all there. If not for my tech savvy friend, it could’ve been a disaster. The computer itself seems great, and I love the wireless keyboard and the mouse.

    Replaced an older HP model that died. Great computer, very fast with the SSD drive and the extra RAM. Windows 11 was a bit to get used to but it’s working fine. Overall I’m very pleased.

    The only issue we have had is a high pitched sound when lef ton in sleep mode. It must be turned off after use.
