This machine, after a month, is working wonderfully. Quick turn on, quick operation and quick Shut down. My wife loves it. It was set up nicely by the Geek Squad. We’re slowly learning the nuances of Win 11 using a good computer.

good value, should've spent a little more to get the windows pro instead of home version. compact, nice looking for a box.

It took me some time to appreciate my purchase. After printing out the instructions on how to use Windows 11, I was able to find my documents, some of which had been automatically saved in OneDrive. I also followed instructions for moving icons from the task bar to the actual desktop, which has streamlined what I see. I have finally been able to print from my printer; that took some time figuring out how to use it on my new computer. My protection was not Webroot as I had asked, but I figured out how to get rid of what had been applied, and on a remote consultation with Geek Squad, they installed Webroot for me. I am learning more almost every day and can now function normally. Thank you for such a good product!

i've always stuck with hp. this pc was no different. never have any major problems.

Awesome desktop computer with extremely fast processors and excellent video card.

This was a step up from our old windows 10 that we had for several years. We had to get an external DVD drive a bit inconvenient for us. We had the geek squad do a data transfer for us, worth every penny! I have a newfound respect for the geek squad as they were so helpful, very efficient along with being very knowledgeable.

Easy to set up, no issues with software, a very good operating system.

I am very happy with this purchase! It does what I need and quick! Would recommend for anyone who is in the market for a Desktop that isn't too expensive but does what you need it to do.

I’m happy with my HP desktop computer. The homescreen is different and takes some adjustments, learning my way around it, getting used to it. It is much faster than my Windows 10, and while I’m definite not a computer whiz, I can muddle my way thru it with very little difficulty.

Great computer unless you are looking for one with expansion slots. There is no way to add another internal disk drive, but the 1 TB SSD should be sufficient for most people's needs.

Purchased this PC as a replacement for an 8 year old one. Very pleased with it and enjoy the wireless keyboard and mouse. Thank You

Fast, efficient, desktop that meets all my requirements. I do not use it for gaming, only emails and finances. Easy to set up. Nice that it can run programs that require more memory. Keyboard could be a little longer.

As advertised! HP makes a very good product and I am getting what I asked for out of it.
